Heart Saver CPR AED for health care providers
This class is recognized by the American Heart Association and offers training based on
the current standards of CPR.
- Recognition & treatment of adult cardiac emergencies & foreign body airway
obstruction.
-Recognition & treatment of children and infant cardiac emergencies & foreign body
airway obstruction.
-Understand the automated external defibrillator and how to use the AED in a cardiac
arrest.
-Understand and instruction on the use of a bag valve mask.
-Importance of the CPR mask and proper use.
NOTE - Each student must pass a written test, show proper use of the bag valve mask,
and CPR mask to pass course. CPR masks are mandatory and can be purchased
at class if necessary.
This class is approximately 4 hours long.
Upon completion of the course each student will receive a 2 year certification by the
American Heart Association.
