| CPR/AED with First Aid |
The emergency First Aid course is designed to train personnel in basic first Aid
skills. It is ideally suited to companies sport coaches, scout leaders, and people
that have direct contact with the public.
The course has an emphasis on dealing with emergency life threatening
situations in the absence of an Occupational First Aid and keeping the casualty
alive until professional help arrives.
This course offers lots of hands on practice with simulated emergencies.
- Scene Management
- Bleeding
- Shock
- Unconsciousness
- Burns
- Choking for adult children, and infants
- Adult, child and Infant CPR/AED
- Bandaging
This class is approximately 6-7 hours long.
On completion of the course all students receive an Emergency First Aid
Certificate from the American Heart Association, which is valid for two years.
